Do you allow pets?
Yes. All of our rooms are pet-friendly, with a $30 cleaning fee per stay. Any damages incurred by pets will be at the guest’s expense. 2 pet maximum per room.
Where do I park?
We have six parking spots available for guests on a first come, first serve basis. Please visit our parking tab for a map and pictures of our parking spaces.
How do I gain access to the front door?
All doors, including the front, are equipped with key pad locks that are changed after every stay. Your personal code will be sent to you via email when your room is available.
Do you have any smoking rooms?
No. All of our rooms are smoke free and a $250 charge will be incurred if the room has been smoked in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, we require at least 7 days advance notice. With at least 7 days advance notice, we will provide a refund, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations made within the 7 day period will be charged the full amount of your stay, unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room we will refund the rebooked portion, less a $25 service charge.
For group reservations and special event weekends, we will require a 30 days advance notice and a $25 service fee will be charged per room, per night. If we are able to rebook the rooms we will refund the rebooked portion less the $25 per room and per night service fee.
What happens if something in the room isn’t working?
